Scott says that whenever you meet someone of importance, either for the present or the future, be sure to do a follow-up with them. He also says that the more introductions of people you can make to others, the better off everyone involved is because then you have spread their name. He reminds viewers and followers that building connections never sleeps so it is important to keep on top of all of your connections– whether you have 50 or 50,000.
This helps in my media campaign because it is important to have connections and people who will help you out in order to spread awareness of your efforts. In my later career, it will help in understanding how contacts are gained and connections are built.
